These terms apply to the fitbodygh.com website and the Fitbody Zone app. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Fitbody Zone. Questions: info@fitbodygh.com.

General information, not medical advice

Fitbody Zone provides general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Speak to a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise or eating plan if you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury or illness, or are unsure whether an activity suits you.

Exercise safely

You choose which activities to do and how hard to work. Warm up, use equipment safely, exercise in a safe space, and stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual shortness of breath. Easier variations are always an acceptable choice.

Nutrition information

Calories and nutrients shown for recipes are estimates for one serving. They vary with portion sizes, brands and cooking methods and should not be relied on for medical diets. Check ingredients for allergens yourself.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You must be at least 13 to use the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other members.

Community

Be respectful. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or that promotes unsafe exercise or extreme dieting, and don't share other people's personal information. You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow Fitbody Zone to display it within the service. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Videos, photos and our content

Exercise videos are provided by the YouTube channels credited beneath them and remain theirs. Photographs are credited on our credits page. Fitbody Zone's own text, design and logo belong to Fitbody Zone; please don't copy them without permission.

Paid features

Fitbody Zone is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, their price, what they include and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay.

Liability

We work to keep Fitbody Zone accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from how you use the information or activities in Fitbody Zone. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as Fitbody Zone grows; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
