How to do it
Holding a seated position against a wall builds strength and endurance in your thighs. Hold for the time shown.
- Stand with your back against a wall and your feet about two feet in front of you, hip-width apart.
- Slide down the wall until your knees are bent at about 90 degrees, with your knees over your ankles.
- Keep your back flat against the wall and hold, breathing steadily.
- Slide back up to finish.
Tips and safety
- If 90 degrees is too hard, don't slide as low.
- Stop if you feel pain in your knees.
Move within a comfortable range and stop if you feel pain. If you have an injury or health condition, check with a qualified professional first.
